Returns Policy

At Marzuqah, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy carefully regarding replacements and exchange.

1.Ready-to-Pick Abayas

For items purchased from our Ready-to-Pick collection:

Credit Notes: If your required size is unavailable, we will issue a Credit Note. This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.

Size Exchanges: We are happy to replace the item if the required size is available in our current stoc

2. Custom Made Abayas

Due to the personalized nature of our Custom Made collection, these pieces are made specifically to your measurements and requirements.

Returns: We do not offer refunds or changes of mind for custom-made orders.

Replacements: Custom pieces will only be replaced if there is a genuine manufacturing defect in the piece.

3. Promotional Terms

  • Exclusions: Please note that Credit Notes cannot be applied to or used for purchases during a Sale or any Promotional Sale events.
  • Validity: All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for replacement or credit.

4. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
  • Original packaging is intact.
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Note: Hijabs , accessories and fragrances are Non Returnable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items (Final Sale).
  • Custom-made or personalized orders.
  • Hijabs , accessories and fragrances

6. Process for Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at @marzuqah-abayagmail-com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to ship your package.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at @marzuqah-abayagmail-com
