If you have received a defective or incorrect product email us and out team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to help you process your exchange.
Terms for Exchange :
- Orders can be exchange/returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products bought during sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- COD orders will only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- If there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the exchange will not be processed.
- Once a product has been returned or exchanged, it is not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
- We can exchange ready to pick abayas of the same model only if the required size is available. Customers will have to pay the delivery costs of the replacement as well as any differences in price.
Return Pickup :
- Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 150.
- For international order returns, the customer must pay the shipping charges (inclusive of customs duty or any other charges that may apply) for the product to be shipped back to our Indian Warehouse. The refund will be processed once we’ve received the product back.

* Orders purchased during the sale period or through a discount code, the customer cannot request an exchange. *
